Reasons for not being invited to staff appreciation party.?

How do you know it wasn't a mistake? That happens at my job from time to time. Also, sometimes things are sent to you, but they get lost in a barrage of daily emails. Unless you have evidence that the organizer doesn't like you, you're creating unnecessary drama.

they do this cause theyre rude, personally , i wouldnt want to work for a place like that myself

Ask why you are not invited to whoever sent the mail. When you have your answer decide then if you want to press ahead with harassment or bullying complaints.

Why don't you ask the person who issued the invitations?

Odds are it was a typo or a glitch.

Is your anniversary date coming up by chance?

I would think if you know it's not a typo, you also know the reasons for not being invited. We could only guess since we know neither the situation not the hosts.
