Paying for Vet School?

Those enrolled in vet school, I need assistance. I just was accepted into Del Val's Animal Science Program and plan to attend. Before taking this step, I was wondering how those of you can afford this schooling? I have to do it on my own, and before I pursue an animal science career, I was to make sure that I can financially do this.

I am aware Del Val is not a vet school, it is just paving the path for it.

Del Val's Animal Science Program is not vet school. If you want to be a vet you need to do an undergraduate major that fulfils the pre-med requisites which Animal Science will not do.

Separately, vet school is expensive. You always want to attend in-state if you can as not only is it cheaper but you are more likely to get accepted. If you are in Pennsylvania, this is http://www.vet.upenn.edu/ Most DVMs do the entire course on loans.

EDIT: You can do any undergraduate degree that allows you to fulfil the premed requirements and get a good GPA. My daughter who is now at vet school did Psychology but she had to really scramble to get her chemistry requirements.
