I would suggest that you just don't buy the pull-ups anymore. A child doesn't like to feel uncomfortable any more than adults do. So, if s/he does their business, s/he will have to change into new ones! S/he is hitting puberty soon (if s/he hasn't already) and I'd suggest that you stop this immediately. I'm sure that s/he wouldn't like going into the locker room at school for gym class or the restroom and be wearing a pull-up while their friends are not. S/he's doing what you are allowing them to do. I know that doesn't sound very nice, you're the parent, you must guide them!
