Is this a true observation for the most part and what does it tell you?

Now that i think about it i don't think in all these years of driving literally hundreds of thousands of miles possibly even half a million miles or more over a period of 23 years, i've ever seen a Crown Victoria type car ever pulled over by the cops.
Is it true that since its the same type of car that police drive its much less likely to get pulled over?
Would an all black crown vic with tinted windows e even less likely to be pulled over?
I do recall a guy at a car rental company that picked me up in 2011 who drove me like 45 minutes to my location tell me that whenever he drives his crown vic people seem to get out of the way for him. He said its like that most of the time. Especially when he has a black suit on he said. He said they most likely think he is a detective or something. No he just works at enterprise.lol.
So is it true police are far less likely to pull over a crown vic that is black and has darkened windows?
