How do I find institutions doing research on preventing bedsores?

My brother recently died and the main cause was infection of a bed sore. He left me a little money and I would like to help in the research on preventing and healing bed sores, but I don't know where to start. Any help would be appreciated and...please...no smart remarks. Thanks

Depends where in the world you are. No bedsore should be infected. That's just bad nursing.
