Since most corporations in America pay the least to their exploitable production labor force, there's no incentive to pay CEO's poverty salary/compensation wages when the whole purpose of robbing production labor wages is so dividend and CEO pay never has to suffer the indignities of poor economic upper tier mis-management fiascos.

After all, what goes around should come around don't you think? We have to wonder why the H1B and H2B programs don't apply to American CEO's.
