As others have pointed out, it's "ILU", which I assume means "I Love You." But in fact, Morse Code operators already have an abbreviation for "I love you," and it's not "ILU," it's the numbers "88".
"73" means "best wishes"; "88" means "love and kisses". Why? Nobody knows, it's just some random codes that telegraph operators made up 100 years ago or more. Ham radio operators, who still use Morse for various purposes, still use those codes.
Also, they use the letters "HI" to mean laughing (like we'd say "LOL"). There's a good reason for that one; in Morse it's 4 dots and then 2 dots, which sort of sounds like "hahahaha, haha".
