You actually have to be a bona fide refugee - the burden of proof of which is pretty high. E.g., if you are in Syria right now, sure. But, if you are only an economic migrant - no. As you have access to the Internet, I would suggest that you may not be considered an actual refugee. If you are, the government might accept you, or there may be groups to help.
