Where in the constitution does it REQUIRE the Senate to act on a president's Supreme Court Nominee in a specific time frame?

I understand what TRADITION has always done, but it is not REQUIRED that the Senate vote on a nominee in any time frame.

Its in the "opinions" section, but liberals like to try to lie to the public to make them think its really in there...

There is no time frame.
