Where in the constitution does it REQUIRE the Senate to act on a president's Supreme Court Nominee in a specific time frame?

I understand what TRADITION has always done, but it is not REQUIRED that the Senate vote on a nominee in any time frame.

    Nope but remember in 2018 there are Ten Democratic senators up for reelection in states Trump won

    We shall see how they vote in the next 2 years
