Why do feminists have a problem with selective abortion of baby girls? I mean, there's nothing wrong with abortion, right?

There are a few problems people have with sex-selective abortion. You're doing that thing where you ask people to defend a specific premise that few people actually hold, and then think you've won some kind of argument when no one gives you a good reason for why they feel that way.

It also sounds like you think pro-choice means pro-abortion. Even people who are pro-choice, for the most part, think women should avoid getting abortions willie-nillie if possible. As far as reasons go, "We made this baby on purpose; it just wasn't the baby we wanted," pretty much qualifies as willie-nillie to a lot of people.

Waiting until you know the sex also means you're waiting just about as long as possible to know whether you're getting the abortion, which a lot of people also consider a bad idea unless its absolutely unavoidable.

Here in England feminists fought against a ban on gender selective abortion. Apparently they think gender selective abortion is fine when it's their choice.

"Why do feminists have a problem with selective abortion of baby girls? I mean, there's nothing wrong with abortion, right?"

Feminist ideology is not a logical or well though out ideology. It is dogmatic, and subject to wholesale changes in rules and "facts" depending on WHO or which feminist is arguing WHAT and and WHEN (at what time).

So, in the Western first world, where girls are equally respected to boys, the only mantra is "my body my choice". But in the East where there is wholesale abortions on baby girls due to their desire to have boys, suddenly the mantra changes to "gendercide".

You see how it all changed? The two mantras cannot both be true at all times.

This is how feminism and it's "theories" and logic always fail. This is like having two mathematical equations that do not solve for each other, yet some branch of mathematicians still believe it to be true under dogmatic ideology, or unquestionable faith. THAT is what feminism is.

Ultimately, most people see through this. It is either "my body, my choice", which includes the Right to terminate all female fetuses, or it is all controlled reproduction by some authority .... which feminists seem to want to control.
