Is it normal for a 15 year old to be tired all the time?

I go to sleep at 8 or 8:30 PM and I wake late, like 9 or 10 AM. Could it be my iron level? and if I'm not moving, I'll go to sleep.

A factor of it is your over sleep. Work out a little bit every day, 15 minutes or so and stay active. If you sleep at 8 and wake up at 10 that's about 14 hours of sleep. All you need is 8 hours. Oversleeping makes you weaker and therefore tired all the time. Try sleeping a bit later, like 9, and then pretty soon sleep at 10 and wake up at 8:30 which is a good amount of sleep to have. Do this and exercise a bit everyday and have a normal diet. Nothing too weird like 100 pancakes for breakfast but normal and stable.
