One oil change, 1/2 a set of tires, 1/2 a set of brakes.
Plus whatever your indy charges for labor.

Depends on miles already on the bike... and how well you follow the factory maintenance recommendations. A couple hundred to a couple thousand dollars. If all you need this year is an oil change or two, a couple hundred will be enough. If you need tires and brakes and a battery and 25,000 mile service, closer to a couple thousand.
It is cheaper in the long run to stick pretty close to the recommended maintenance schedule than to run it until something breaks.

Hi motorcycles like cars have a 8 year design life. the fact you are not using it does not mean it is not going to rack and ruin.
