Hi. I am a victim to this. A drug dealer I trusted put a nano speaker in my head through my eye, nose, or ear when I was asleep. He talks through a mic and keeps bothering me for one year. There is infinite battery life because the battery attaches to the mic. Anything I could do to stop it? I already got a CT scan xray and mri.

Stop taking drugs. You are clearly hallucinating. There is no such thing as an implanted nano speaker and if there were, it would need some sort of radio receiver and battery to be able to pick up his transmissions. The CT and MRI scan would also have picked up any abnormal item inside your brain.
