I returned my Eotech Holosite for a refund due to the class action suit. They sent me a notice that my scope had been recieved but I have not seen my refund as of yet. So has anyone else gotten theirs and how long did it take after they notified you of receiving it?

If you did not participate in the EOTech refund program, you have to also submit a claim form.

Never wasted my money on one. Can't trust anything that comes from Ann Arbor. Go with a Trijicon, they are out of Wixom.

It will take several MONTHS before any "refunds" are presented back to the "original" buyers. They will wait for the set time in the settlement, then get an extension or two, see how many they have and then divvy up the settlement amount. The more they get in by the time they "have" to start payouts the less the amount is to the buyer. You can of course get a lawyer involved but that cost more than the refund, you could send them a letter demanding a refund under the settlement ruling and referring to them receiving yours already. But again most companies will push the limits of a class action suit so they can return less to the consumer.
