Ryuk duh. He can see his name with shinigami eyes and write it in his notebook. Also how would pennywise see him coming?

IT curbstomps. The Death Note only works on humans. IT is an eldritch abomination from beyond the universe, and Ryuk is basically a glorified ghost. Ryuk has no chance.
