How do I make my bluetooth printer recognisable for my laptop it seem to be showing offline and I don't know how to turn it to online?
I have set up what it has asked and now the blue light is flashing on and off it is a PIXMA MG3600 Canon.

did you install the Canon software on your laptop?

This printer only utilises WiFi not bluetooth so assuming you have the correct drivers u should be able to use the WiFi feature to print

This printer can be connected by WiFi not bluetooth.
according to the specs it has the connection facility WPS. look for that and it should do the connection for you.
This is assuming that you have set up the correct drivers for your operating system that you have

First, check to see if all connections are secure and in place
Start
Devices and printers
Right click your printer icon
Select see what's printing
Click on the word printer
Remove check to use Printer Offline
Reboot the computer
If above does not help, you need to reinstall the software
Wireless
First, check to see if all connections are secure and in place
Reset the IP address
Turn printer off
Reboot the computer
Turn the printer on
If the problem continues
Reinstall the printer software
