Hope you aren't a large person and/or don't live where there's steep and frequent hills. At 250 watts the motor is only an assist system. The problem with the bike is only being a single speed. Which means the rider will need to use the motor more rather than being in a more efficient gear under pedal only power.
Then there's the price nearly $3000. You could get 3 good pedal only road bikes for that price. You could build your own 3000 watt mid drive with a Sick Bike Parts electric shift kit for under $2000. With a mid drive system the rider and motor can drive multiple gears.

Last of all is the anti theft stuff. Electronic systems are only meant to be complimentary to a quality keyed U and cable locks. They say if they haven't found your bike in 2 weeks they'll replace it. A really good thief will have that chip removed in less than 2 hours.
So to conclude this isn't a good ebike.
