Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics (as far as you can go, pre-calculus at a minimum), and whatever foreign language you'd have to know in the European country. If it's English-speaking, do English Literature.

By the way: you have to take the exams. The classes alone will not count. You'll need scores of 5.
