Eat more fruit and veggies, exercise more. Limit calories to 1200 a day.

Cut down on fat, make a food diary, and look at where you think you need improvement. Make sure you are having a balanced diet, and please do make sure you are having regular exercise, either at the gym, walking-running cycles, or swimming
