Cardio question?
Okay so I'm kind of starting to realize that when I workout I tend to overeat more as opposed to if I'm not working out. I've noticed if I do not work out I'm less stressed and I don't think about food as much. What should i do?

When you work out, your body needs fuel, so it wants food. It isn't the stress, it's the work you are doing. Your body knows it needs more to accommodate.

go for walks, less stress and healthful......go as often as you feel like.....
