Small bumps on outside of anal?

Ok I went to the bathroom tonight and I wiped and I noticed 3 or 4 bumps near my anal area. The bumps doesn’t hurt and like 4 months ago I seen my gynecologist and he told me it wasn’t anything to worry about but now I have like 4. Another thing I tried bursting one and it seem like a pimple because of what came out.But anyway should I be worry or just leave it alone?

you think people on this web site are smarter and more educated than your gynecologist is? Didn't he say there was nothing to worry about? did you happen to ask him what the bumps were?
