What evidence is there that China will lower its greenhouse gas emissions?

Under the Paris Accord, China promised to peak its emissions in 2030. Is there any evidence that they have committed to having a lower emission level than 2015 at any point in time?

There is no evidence that China will lower its emissions because they have agreed with Obama to increase them dramatically. Their agreements are worthless anyway but they didn't even pretend to care about reducing emissions. They'll take money if we give it to them and they will be very happy if we decrease ours because that will make them more economically competitive but they aren't going to reduce CO2 emissions anytime soon.

China is just laughing at the rest of the world. They wanted the US to pay more for pollution with them not paying anything until 2030 and if even then. Now the US is $20 Trillion in debt. Where will we get the money to pay for the the Paris accord? Why we will borrow more from China.

There isn't any real evidence.
