What evidence is there that China will lower its greenhouse gas emissions?

Under the Paris Accord, China promised to peak its emissions in 2030. Is there any evidence that they have committed to having a lower emission level than 2015 at any point in time?

There is no evidence that China will lower its emissions because they have agreed with Obama to increase them dramatically. Their agreements are worthless anyway but they didn't even pretend to care about reducing emissions. They'll take money if we give it to them and they will be very happy if we decrease ours because that will make them more economically competitive but they aren't going to reduce CO2 emissions anytime soon.

china is a global leader in solar energy

per capita, china has a three times lower carbon emission than the US.

china has already massively dropped its emissions

the chinese government has been working on a specific system to reduce emissions for over a decade, a carbon trading scheme

china is doing more than any other country in the world to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions

china has already hit its 2020 target to reduce target emissions

Non binding commitments are like campaign promises - made to be broken.

The Paris Accord is non-binding. That means:

    1) They do not have to limit their emissions by 2030 or any other date;

    2) When 2030 comes around they can say sorry and start renegotiating.

In the meantime they will not be seriously pestered by the enviros for another 11 years or so. Good plan.

China Is Part Of The World Order, And Is Experiencing A Industriel Revaluation, Which Is Exported To China, And Then Fed Back To Europe, The SKULL + Bones 322, Are Letting China Carry The Pollution, Which Could Create Problems Later.

China is just laughing at the rest of the world. They wanted the US to pay more for pollution with them not paying anything until 2030 and if even then. Now the US is $20 Trillion in debt. Where will we get the money to pay for the the Paris accord? Why we will borrow more from China.

    There isn't any real evidence.

They are investing in alternatives, but since their potential to increase their standard of living is so vast that might be very little. They are making strides on real pollution.

they are ahead of the US in solar energy.

No. There is no specific emissions target per country by such-and-such a date. This is what makes the Paris Agreement different to Kyoto and the structure was largely agreed by other nations as a concession to the US.

The policies that China introduces are looked at in a global context in terms of where we, as a planet rather than individual nations, are in our attempts at limiting the warming.
