How do I stop a girl living in my apartment to stop stalking/harassing me?

Hi, I am Ryan and my dad is an accountant. This girl believes that I know a multimillionaire and keeps trying to have something to do with my family. Today, she waited for me and my dad to come home from lunch and said hi to my dad when we got to lobby and got in the elevator with us. I already to her I am uncomfortable with her actions and she won’t stop. Please, help. This is not cool and she is not hot, either.

Unless there's something you're leaving out here, last I checked saying 'hi' and using the same (public) elevator are not signs of harassment.
