As because i think -Is Shamima guilty !Let him face trial for bringing Shamim back to England.
Am i right ? I think ,The government's job to teach criminals to the criminals and not to cancel the citizenship

Nationality is a concept based on national laws. Domicile is a concept based in international law. If the courts find that she has UK domicile, the government has acted illegally and will have to pay her shedloads of compensation and have prejudiced the chances of putting her on trial. Once again, the government has acted to pacify the readers of the Sun and the Daily Mail without looking into the legal consequences. There are members of the cabinet who are supposed to be lawyers, but presumably their speciality is tax-dodging.
