He asks all of these dumb questions like "what's the time?" and "which one of our cats is more mature?" and even "did you know that they put popcorn in ceilings in America?"
I want to know how to get him to stop asking me stupid questions.

Is he a kid? make something up to scare him or tell him you know because you know everything and if he shuts up one day he will know everything too.
