Yes you can do that. Both of them aren't connected with one another, even though they are part of the same entity.

Of course you can Facebook and Whatsapp Accounts are Separate they are not Connected Together so Unless your Whatsapp Account gets Deleted It wont be Effected by Facebook Account getting Deleted
