I'm a 16 year old female. I recently started packing my lunch for school because the school food is gross and unhealthy. I'm currently dieting. I'm mainly trying to avoid a ton of carbs and sugar. Any ideas on what to pack to make a healthy school lunch?
they now make pre-packed fruits in juice no sugar, start packing a variety of those, mandarin oranges, mixed fruit, applesauce, pineapple chunks, it'll fill you up, not fattening....you need healthy carbs, screw the gurus and their fads of the week........
Oikos triple zero yogurt, fruit, lean meats such as grilled chicken or Turkey, salads, hard boiled eggs, tuna, veggies and a light dressing, cheese and water!!!!
