More energetic, less sleep?
So, lately I’ve been feeling more energetic, even though I’ve been getting less sleep than normal. I’ve been going to bed at about 1:30 in the morning and waking up at about 6:30 to 7 am. Somehow I’m not that tired in the morning, and throughout the day — even late at night — I’m not tired until a little before I go to bed. Anybody have any insight on this, or does my body just need less sleep?
