How to hide cuts on my wrist and below my hand?

I was really upset so I took a piece of a broken beer bottle and slit my wrist and my arm right below my hand. Now it s Summer, and I can t keep wearing long sleeves. The cuts are a few days old, and so far I have been able to keep them out of sight, but I have church today. I m working on stopping, and I m not asking for you to tell me to stop. I m looking for how to hide them from my family and church members.

I get you want to hide them,but don't you think you should tell someone your doing this?and one day someone will notice anyway,you obviously need to speak to someone otherwise you wouldn't be doing it in the first place,hiding it won't solve the problem.
