Paranoid from Ticks?
i went out with my friends to the woods for a little bit today. i wore a short sleeve shirt and shorts and after an hour, we got back to the car and i noticed 3 tiny ticks crawling on my legs. i immediately took them off and started panicking. then, about 20 minute later i see a big tick crawling on my sock. i flicked it off and start getting really worried. i did a tick check when i got home, and didn’t find any. however my friend who didn’t go to the woods found a tick on him possibly from me or my bag. i feel really itchy and paranoid. i already thoroughly showered and did 2 tick checks but i’m really nervous that i missed one and keep itching. is there anything simple i can do to ensure that there are no more ticks on me? ticks are one of my biggest fears and i won’t be able to sleep tonight honestly.
