I don’t have a sleeping disorder, but for the past couple of nights I’ve been worried about not being able to fall sleep?

So I’m currently in high school and I play football. I have to wake up at 6 every morning to work out. In the summer, I usually fall alseep late because I’m not as tired. So it was 2 AM and I had to wake up at 6 and I was trying to go to sleep but I just couldn’t. I wasn’t extremely tired but I was just trying to sleep and I couldn’t. And then I was worried I was never going to fall asleep. I eventually did but every night since then I’ve always had that thought in my brain and it takes me longer to fall asleep. I’V NEVER HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH SLEEPING BEFORE. But when I’m trying to drift off and day dream while I sleep, the thought of not sleeping suddenly makes me panic and I worry. Any advice?

Sounds like you're anxious about it, stop overthinking.
Try breathing techniques, they would help you fall asleep sooner.

When I feel like that I listen to sleep Hypnosis from that YouTube. You should definitely try it because it works!
