"This individual was deemed inadmissible to the United States based on information discovered during the CBP inspection.”

They haven’t given a reason why he failed his background check. Maybe he is a terrorist or a criminal. He could be infected with a deadly disease, or never received the proper vaccinations required to enter the country or a hundred other reasons.

These checks are done for a reason, and has nothing to do with merit....Show more

Consider this:
If a person who is a US citizen associated with the types the student did:
1. Liberals would claim they should not be allowed to own a gun.
2. More then likely they would be under police surveillance.
3. There is a good chance they would be taken in for questioning.
Just because the person is a "Harvard" does not grant them any immunity or special consideration. A lot of well educated people have done some very bad things....Show more

There are rules on who can and can't come in, and getting accepted by Harvard does not override the other rules that are in place. Harvard is not the government.
