I m scared I think I lost the ability to sleep it s been 6 going on 7 days of no sleep zero hours! I ve tried sleep aids I went to the doctor and the pill they gave me didnt help and I m really scared at this point as it s never happened I m 24 years old help?!?!

OK don't stress because it doesn't help your situation.Try some slow breathing techniques and try to relax and not think of anything.Learn Meditation for long term support.I've gone without sleep 14daysx3 times in my life.So I get what your saying although my situation maybe different to yours.First time I was 20yrs so close to your age.Keep your diet clean and reduce any obnoxious stimuli sound sight, smell,taste-extremes as these heighten your sensitivity.Try to stay as calm level headed as possible.Keep away from junk food and drink filtered water and lots of fresh watery fruits, berries etc.Take a quality multi B Vitamin for nervous system support.Chamomile tea for sleep relaxation.If you are a sensitive person learn how to moderate your experiences to health issues.More info would help
