Do I call back on a job application?
Over the past 10 years I've been working temp to hire jobs in manufacturing where you just fill out an app and the company does all the work for you. I am now looking into customer service type work and found that these type of job apps are done online. Is the norm to still call a few days after to set up an interview? So far I haven't gotten many call backs though I've been feeling out a lot.
