Yes you are right. The US is the only place on the planet right now that has any climate and the fact that a 1 day record cold and the fact that it may even be cold in December and January in some places proves there is no climate change despite the record heat seen monthly in the whole world for 5 consecutive years.. I even heard a republican congressman may bring an actual snowball in to the house chambers again to prove there is no climate change. We need more geniuses like you in the world
Seems you don't understand what "global" means. .The average global land and ocean surface temperature for September 2019 was 0.95°C (1.71°F) above the 20th century average and tied 2015 as the highest September temperature departure from average since global records began in 1880.The combined global land and ocean surface temperature for August 2019 was 0.92°C (1.66°F) above the 20th century average of 15.6°C (60.1°F) and tied with 2015 and 2017 as the second highest August temperature departure from average since global records began in 1880.The July 2019 global land and ocean surface temperature departure from average was the highest for July since global records began in 1880 at 0.95°C (1.71°F) above the 20th century average.
You can see the rest of 2019 here and how globally the temperatures were higher than average and by how much and where they stand historically: https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/sotc/global/201907
You know the word "global" in this instance doesn't mean "literally everywhere on the globe at exactly the same time", right? It's hard to tell why this is so difficult for you.
