the best healthy carbs are going to be fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Examples of fruits are strawberries, oranges, and apples. Vegetables will be brocoli, kale, and spinach. Whole grains would be whole grain bread, brown rice, etc.

You need both insoluble and soluble fiber, all of which are carbohydrates.
Complex carbohydrates are good in moderation.
