No bread is healthy - it spikes blood sugars and it's bad for your joints. It's high in carbohydrates. All breads contain wheat and/or grains.

all I know of is Einkorn flour, if you don't mind making the bread , it was never sprayed with Roundup, so it's safe to consume.

No, sorry. Of course, you CAN eat whatever you want. If you are serious about losing weight, then you need to stop eating any bread. Foods like bread, cereal, crackers, pasta, tortillas, etc. are made from highly processed grains. These products actually have very few nutrients and are turned into sugar in your body. That sugar required insulin. Insulin delivers the glycogen/glucose to your cells. It also tells your cells not to burn fat because sugar is coming.
If you eat grains all the time, you will always have a lot of insulin in your body, and that makes it a lot harder to lose weight.
I'd suggest you go ahead and eat this bread since your have it, but while your eating your sandwich, do some reading and select a diet/lifestyle plan that will provide you will better nutrition. Then you may choose not to purchase any more bread or you can select your grains based on the eating plan you've decided to follow. Also look at your calories. You can't lose weight if you are consuming more calories than your body burns.

If you want to lose weight, exercise.

It's not only about what you eat but also about how much. Also, with bread at least, it depends a lot on what you put on it. It's not really about "this good, that bad" but rather finding the right balance.
