Is it wrong to kick my sister out of apartment?

My 22 year old sister moved in with me and my boyfriend almost 2 months now. We have a 1 bedroom apartment so she's in the living room. We also have a new puppy. She has the worst attitude, doesn't help to pay for anything. Mind you she was only suppose to stay for a week but the quarantine stopped her. She was living at my mothers before but she got in a fight with my brother, so she needed a place to get away. When she does contribute to groceries, she buys what she would cook and literally take up a space and store her food she bought seperate from mines. I've cleaned up after her multiple times as well and shes getting in the way of my training with my new puppy. Tonight I asked her can I borrow make up wipes and out of her whole pack she tells me I could only get 1 or 2. Then literally questions whether my hands were clean or not although she's living n MY apartment. I'm really trying not to blow up but I feel so disrespected. Is it wrong to tell her she has to go live with my mom? My boyfriend has had it as well! He's being a champ and respectful but after he saw her private pads open in the garbage in OUR KITCHEN he's had it. I'm also trying to stop smoking and she smokes soo thats not helping.

No it’s not wrong to kick her out. She needs to help out with bills by giving you money. If she isn’t working then she can pull her weight by cleaning or helping you however you need help. On top of all that though, she or any long term house guest needs to be respectful and considerate of the homeowners and their property. Sounds like she’s a terrible houseguest and you have every right to send her packing. If she asks why, tell her exactly what you stated here. You aren’t obligated to put up with bad or disrespectful behavior in your own home just because it’s a family member doing it.

Well, I could see if she were buying all her own groceries and cleaning up after herself... however, she's a leech and, yes, I would let her know she needs to find other arrangements.
