Workout question?

Should I do the same lifting workout as yesterday since I'm not really sore today like I was hoping I'd be? I know soreness isn't necessarily an indicator of a good workout but I always feel better about myself when I'm sore the following day. This question is for muscular gym rat gurus only. Thanks a bunch.

No, you should workout the same muscle groups every other day, so they have time to rest and grow.
