How can I tell my sister she has to leave my apartment respectfully?

I’m really getting bothered by her being here she was only supposed to be here for a week..it’s now turned into 2 months. She’s 22 has money, doesn’t help pay bills, buy groceries, or clean up after herself. Last night her drink spilled on my carpet and I told her she has to clean it up and she basically said she’s not the one that spilled the drink (my 9 year old little sister came over and knocked it over) so I had to clean it up. After I cleaned the whole house all day and cooked. I bought a lot of groceries yesterday and she said she’ll cook tomorrow. (I’m guessing with the groceries that I bought.) When she did buy something for the house it probably didn’t even come up to 10 dollars. She has a attitude problem and my little puppy seems to always be able to get her underwear to chew on because she don’t keep her suitcases closed and cleaned up. She also sleeps in our living room and she sleeps in late so I have to tip toe around until almost 1pm...my puppy has grabbed her napkins or her hair pills that fell out of her bag and I literally have to be the one that grabs it from him although she’s right there. It’s sooo much more. I really feel on edge where I’m about to kick her out. I feel like she’s using me when I ask to use her makeup wipes or anything from her she saus “you could have only 1 or 2” Also when I wanted to stay in her apartment she told me I could only stay there for 5 weeks.

I wouldn't be too respectful.  Give her a dose of her own medicine.  Ask her outright - When are you going to move out?  You've overstayed your 2 weeks and I want my life back.  She's not going to like it but she had the right idea when she gave you a finite time to stay with her.  You have left it open ended and not chased her before so she's taking liberties.  I'm not telling you to put her out on the street - but you need to 'woman up' and tell her it's time for her to leave and put a date on it.....say 3 weeks time at the latest.

Personally I would try to have a long talk about it calmly on what she needs to help on like if she's going to be living at your house she has to help pay the bills at least a small amount of it, you need to have a schedule on who's cooking that day and who's actually buying the groceries that week, and how she needs to get her sleep schedule on track because you're not sneaking around her in your house, and how she needs to keep her stuff together because if something happens you won't be responsible of it and later on you expect to do the same in return if you have money and you're staying at her house. If she doesn't wanna do that then you can tell her nicely that you're not putting up with it and she needs to be gone in a week or two. You shouldn't have to live like that it's your apartment not hers.
