My Achilles’ tendon or ankle is irritating/hurting?
The pain somehow started to get worse, and I play basketball and I’m wondering how long I should rest, and I’m not trying to rest long either, I’m only 16. I usually jump around in my slides a lot I think that’s how I got my pain but I don’t know. I’m just wondering how can I treat this without doing anything major and how long will it take for it to stop the hurting?
