Is there any way to anonymously report an online crime to authorities?

There is a Instagram account of a 13 year old kid at my school who was vaping on his account. He has been warned by our schools Student Resource Officer, yet he has continued to vape. Is there anyway I can report his account anonymously without having to worry about talking to police or confronting him? I want nothing to do with this at all besides the anonymous report

If it truly was a concern for you,  you would not have a problem with putting a name to your complaint.

The only "authorities" that'll care about a kid vaping are the school authorities and apparently they already know. If you're really gunning for this child just tell his parents what he's posting online.
