would you rather live in a world where sleep is not a thing?

you could get more done in the day, but so would everyone else so you'd have no advantages. ANd it might feel like the day never ends without the break, so i see prosand cons but what do you think?

It would be a nice thing if I didn't have to sleep, but I'm afraid that in the societies that we live in, no sleep time means more work time.
It would be a gain mostly for the people who exploit our work, and not for our own private lives.

I have always thought it is inefficient that we have to sleep almost a third of our lives. But, without needing sleep, we would be leaps and bounds further along whatever path humanity is going to take. We probably wouldn't get sleepy, and probably less tired. I would venture to guess we probably would have overpopulated the Earth by this point, and pretty much destroyed everything, possibly even ourselves. So maybe being limited by sleep is not such a bad thing.

I'll be honest, I love sleeping.
