So I was walking outside and I walked through a tiny web and continued walking to my car. When I got in the car I felt something squishy on my foot so I took my flip flop off and realized I had stepped on a black widow. I started to freak out because I’m terrified of bugs lol. But I didn’t feel anything and my foot doesn’t hurt at all. I washed the bottom of my foot. do you think it bit me or I squished it before it could?

I doubt it. Their fangs aren't nearly long enough to penetrate the thickness of a flip flop. Even if you had stepped on it with your bare feet the likelihood of it having the opportunity to bite you before being crushed is unlikely.

If a black widow bit you, you would know it. The localized pain would be tremendous and you would be seeking medical services rather than Yahoo services.

You would most likely would of felt a black widow bite and it would shown on the skin by now, but just keep an eye on the area for next couple of days and if you do notice anything go to a doctor, but sounds unlikely it bit you.
