What do I have? ?

Yesterday I started to have extremely painful stomach cramping. Then I had diarrhea. I threw up once. This has been going on for two days. I’m still having the same symptoms. Could this be food poisoning or a stomach bug? I don’t have a fever, chills or body aches. Just stomach issues.

Maybe it's just a 48 hour stomach flu. But if it continues, it will put you at risk for dehydration, so then you should visit the doctor if it doesn't go away soon.
