Is there a program that offers free or discounted computers for those on disability?

I am on social security disability and am in need of a computer.  Does anyone know of a easy program that provides computers to those on disability and low income people?  Thank you in advance

You can get a new Chromebook for under $200 these days. If you want a bare bones Windows desktop you can find off-lease/refurb'd business computers online for around the same price.
