What happened?

I was just sitting down and suddenly my arm started twitching out of my control. I've also been feeling tingling in my arms lately. What's happening? Is this normal?

I don't know. It could be from muscle stress/strain and from over-use of that arm. Think about what you do on a daily basis with that arm.  The twitching is obviously a nerve or muscle issue.
