hmmm eggs and oatmeal. chicken breast and rice, yams sweet potato, steak on grill. nothing fried. everything baked or grilled. steamed fresh vegetables. salads .Tuna . Whole grain breads . fresh fruits. lots of water. AND HIT THE GYM . steaks and weights!!!!
